Initial Consultation
A brief conversation-
Purpose: A brief conversation to ensure we are a good fit for your specific needs.
Individual Therapy Session
Tailored support for adults-
Focus: Tailored support for anxiety, narcissistic abuse recovery, grief and personal growth.
Couples Therapy Session
Strengthening relationship-
Focus: Rebuilding connection, improving communication, and navigating transitions together.

Payment Methods
I accept e-transfer or cash at the time of the session.
Insurance
As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), my services are covered by most extended health benefit plans. Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage for Social Work services.
Tax Deductibility
In Ontario, Social Work services are considered a tax-deductible medical expense.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.
